Tea Production Method
The production of Jin Jun Mei is a meticulous process that begins with the careful hand-picking of tender buds from high-altitude tea gardens during early spring. The buds undergo withering, rolling, oxidation, and drying. The oxidation process is carefully controlled to enhance the tea's natural sweetness and bring out its rich golden hue. The final product consists of tightly rolled, golden-tipped buds with a smooth and complex flavor profile.
Brewing Instructions

- Water Temperature: 85-90°C (185-194°F).
- Tea Quantity: Use 3-5 grams of tea leaves for 150 ml (5 oz) of water.
